Abhishek Chander Gupta

Founder & Head - Business Operations

Abhishek is a Computer Science engineer and has a MBA from International Management Institute, New Delhi. His keen interest in Automobiles got him to start his career with Maruti Suzuki India Limited. He was amongst the youngest brand managers in the team and was responsible for launching SX4 for Maruti Suzuki India Limited in the Indian Market. He has also worked in the FMCG space handling multiple brands for Godfrey Phillips India. His passion for training got him to head business for some of the large training outfits in India. He has been working closely on projects with multiple clients in his past assignments. JCB, Maruti Suzuki, General Motors, Honda, Yamaha, VE Commercial Vehicles, Toyota, Hero MotoCorp are some of the clients that Abhishek has worked with in his last assignment. At Novo, Abhishek oversees the overall operations of the company. He is member of the company’s board and is responsible for the growth strategy of the company.

It was Hardeep’s childhood passion and willingness to be associated with anything that is automotive. A Graduate from DU and with a PG Diploma, he started by selling cars for over 5 years and later on got into one of India’s Leading Training companies. There, he worked with various Automotive OEMs, providing a spectrum of services while managing multiple projects. Having worked there for over 5 years in the learning industry, he has developed all round capabilities within the Training Domain, with key liking for Content and Solutions Creation. This fondness and an aspiration to meaningfully contribute to the industry, made him a co-founder and Head Solutions at Novo.
